InsideOut works with Brigidine Staff and Students on various topics; from fatigue management strategies to women’s health. There is a topic to suit! Nutrition is a form of self-care & self-love. These sessions are aligned with the school’s health and wellbeing program providing the girls with real-life education and tools for life.
